MangoForm ("we," "our," "us") is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information when you use our website (https://mangoform.app) and services.

Connected apps: you can connect MangoForm to our other apps (PeachCalendar, GrapeLink, KiwiProof, DurianStatus). A connection is only made when you click Allow, and only gives the other app what the consent screen lists (for example your event types and free slots, or your forms and their questions). The access it gives is stored encrypted. You can remove it at any time from either app.

If a form owner chooses to send a form before their PeachCalendar meetings, MangoForm receives the name, email, time zone and meeting time of the people who book those meetings. We use them only to email that person the form and, if they haven't answered, one reminder 24 hours before the meeting. When they answer, their answers are added to the meeting in the owner's PeachCalendar account. Emails are sent through Resend.

When a form ends with a "Book a meeting" step, the respondent's name, email and answers (long answers shortened) are sent to the form owner's PeachCalendar account to create the booking.

If you ticked 'Share as a testimonial', your name, comment and rating are sent to the form owner's KiwiProof account as a testimonial they may publish.

If you connect MangoForm to another of our apps, that app can read the branding of your forms (your name, the logo, brand color and title of each form you branded, drafts included, and the address of a public form) when you open "Use details from your apps" there, and uses it only if you pick it.

We use cookies to improve functionality and user experience. You can manage cookie settings through your browser.

We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your data. However, no online service can guarantee absolute security.

If you purchase a "Lifetime Deal," your data will be stored for the operational lifetime of MangoForm, subject to our Fair Use Policy (https://mangoform.app/fair-use). If the service is discontinued, access to stored data may no longer be available.

We may update this Privacy Policy. Users will be notified via email of significant changes.

This Privacy Policy is governed by the laws of France. Any disputes shall be resolved in the competent courts of France.
